Services

and fees

I believe postpartum support should be accessible to all. If self-pay fees put my support out of reach, please get in touch. I am happy to discuss sliding scale rates and am always interested in trade options.

After agreeing to work together, we will meet for an initial planning session to determine the specific support needs of your family and make a postpartum care plan together.

  • Every family’s needs differ. During our first/prenatal meeting, we will discuss your vision for support. We are always able to adjust as needed.

How support looks

Nurture: A postpartum doula provides unhurried, compassionate care, recognizing that the postpartum period is not a time to rush. The doula's role is to offer unbiased, non-judgmental support, whether guiding the family through feeding challenges, offering advice on sleep routines, or starting a load of laundry and unloading the dishwasher.

Nourish: A postpartum doula nourishes the parent(s) and family as a whole. This can mean preparing nourishing and nutrient-dense meals for postpartum healing, drawing a sitz bath for perineal soothing, or soothing the baby to give you time and space to rest.

Navigate: The doula’s role is to hold space for the entire family as they navigate this transition, offering a calm and reassuring presence. This includes being a listener, offering comfort, and providing emotional reassurance as parents process the complexities of parenthood. The doula helps the family adjust to their new roles, creating a safe space where they can express their feelings, seek guidance, and find the resources they might need to thrive as parents.
